How to place an Essential Rewards (ER) order?

Oh great! You have enrolled as a Young Living member, and ready to place your essential reward order!

Let me guide you through a few simple steps.

Step 1:

Login to Young Living Virtual Office (https://www.youngliving.com/vo/#/login)

Step 2:

In the Welcome page or also known as the Dashboard, click on Essential Rewards

Step 3:

If this is your 1^st Essential Reward, you will be invited to Join Essential Rewards. Click on “Join Now”

Step 4:

A pop-up screen will appear, scroll to the bottom and put a tick in “I have read and agree to the terms of the Young Living Essential Rewards Program”.

Click on “Continue”

Step 5:

You will see the Monthly Order Catalog! Now you are ready to select the items you want for your 1^st Essential Rewards order, and save your order for processing. This is also known as the Essential Reward Template.

 

How to tweak your Essential Rewards Order for subsequent months?

If you already have an Essential Rewards Template setup, when you click on Essential Rewards, you will see the screen below.

• Changing the items in your essential rewards template.
  Click on Change Order, and you will be directed to the Monthly Order Catalog to choose your desired products
• Changing Shipping Method
  Click on Change Shipping, and you can switch between self collection (will call) or courier delivery.
• Changing Payment Method
  Click on Change Payment, to use different credit card to pay for your essential reward order.
• Change Processing Date
  Essential Reward is a monthly recurring order. If you have set your 1^st essential reward order to be processed on 15^th of the month, your next order will be processed on 15^th day of the next month if you do not make changes.

  You can change your processing date before your current processing date.
  Click on Change Processing Date, a calendar will appear for you to choose your desired processing date.

• I want my essential rewards NOW!
  That can be done too! Click on Process Today, and your essential rewards will be processed almost immediately.
  Depending on your shipping method, your order will be scheduled to be delivered or be waiting for you to pick it up at Young Living Office.
• I want to stop my essential rewards
  Email or call Young Living for them to remove your essential reward template. Remember to do this before your processing date.
